Delivery Information
We use standard (Ground shipment method) for all EU shipments. All EU orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. From order placement, we require 1-2 days for order processing, plus transit time to you. Approximate shipment timing for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is 1-3 working days. Approximate shipment timing for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern European countries is 3-5 working days.
Free Shipping Terms
Free Shipping is offered on orders of greater than €100.00 in EU provided that no other discount or promotional code is used. Free Shipping does not apply when any other discount or promotional code is used.
