Delivery Information
We use standard (Ground shipment method) for all EU shipments. All EU orders (apart of IT) ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Orders from Italy are shipped from Italy, if a product is not avaiable will be shipped from the Netherlands. From order placement, we require 1-2 days for order processing, plus transit time to you. Approximate shipment timing for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is 1-3 working days. Approximate shipment timing for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern European countries is 3-5 working days.
Free Shipping Terms
Free Shipping is offered on orders of greater than €100.00 in EU and €69.90 in Italy provided that no other discount or promotional code is used. Free Shipping does not apply when any other discount or promotional code is used.
